What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
For in-stock items, the MOQ is typically 20 units. For custom shapes or specific glaze colors requiring new molds, the MOQ depending on the complexity

Yes. All our products are crafted from high-quality, non-toxic materials. They are Lead and Cadmium free
Are your products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our stoneware and porcelain items are microwave and dishwasher safe. For products with gold foil or delicate overglaze decorations, we provide specific care instructions.
How do you handle breakage during shipping?
We use export-grade reinforced packaging, including custom-fit EPE foam and heavy-duty corrugated boxes. We have a breakage rate of less than 1%. In the rare event of damage, we offer a replacement or refund policy for broken items reported upon delivery.
What are your shipping terms?
We offer flexible shipping terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP (door-to-door delivery including duties), depending on your preference and location.
