Option 1: Client-Provided Design Drawings. Our professional team will evaluate the technical feasibility of your design andconfirm the details.
Once the design is confirmed, we proceed to the sampling stage. This is a critical step where the digital design is transformed into a physical prototype. We will produce 1-2 samples using the same or similar materials and processes as the final production run. The samples will be sent to you for final physical confirmation, allowing you to inspect the material, color, dimensions, and craftsmanship details. We will only proceed to mass production after your sample approval.
After the sample receives your final approval, we will initiate mass production. We will strictly follow the confirmed sample standards and organize a professional production team to carry out the manufacturing. Throughout the entire production process, we will implement a rigorous QC process, from the inspection of raw materials to random checks at each production stage, and finally to the final inspection of finished products, ensuring that every item meets your quality standards.
Once production is completed and passes the final quality inspection, we will professionally package your goods. We will select appropriate packaging materials based on the product s characteristics to ensure their safety during transportation. We can provide neutral packaging or brand-customized packaging services. After packaging, we will arrange for logistics shipment and provide full logistics tracking services, allowing you to monitor the shipment s status at any time and ensuring the goods are delivered safely and on time to your designated destination.
